Carol Steele

Carol Steele, Vice President, oversees all current and prospective clients with less than 100 employees. She has extensive knowledge with group benefit options. Prior to joining Dorman Farrell, she worked in the individual market. Her background has proven to provide an excellent market overview and Carol is able to provide broad direction to employees and employers. She has extensive experience in matching carriers, specific benefit plans and clients to ensure an appropriate fit.

Carol currently serves on the Board of the Northeast Ohio Association of Health Underwriters. She is also past Ohio Chairperson of the Legislative Committee for the Ohio Health Underwriters and a past member of the Business Training Institute for the Akron Chamber of Commerce.
