Dino Sciulli

Dino Sciulli, Sr. Vice President, specializes in the development of employee benefit programs, focusing on strategies, structure, implementation and service to meet his clients' objectives. His primary focus is on the management and design of health insurance benefits. His clients include organizations in both the private and public sector, including several government entities.

Prior to joining Dorman Farrell, Dino was a controller with the Armed Forces Benefit Association in Washington, D.C. During his seven years at AFBA, he worked extensively on product development and insurance risk management. He also spent six years as the head of a large group benefits consulting firm in Independence, Ohio.
