Mark Dorman, CFBS

Mark Dorman, CFBS is President and founder of Dorman Farrell, LLC. He leads the firm’s executive benefits and business exit planning consulting practices, as well as its marketing and new business development operations.

Throughout his early years in the insurance and financial services industries, Mark recognized a need in the Medina business community for a professional services firm that would provide leading edge solutions for a variety of business needs. He has strategically expanded the firm’s services over the years to respond to the needs of area businesses. Today, Dorman Farrell provides a wide range of services, including group benefits, retirement plan and human resources consulting, to clients in Medina and throughout Northeast Ohio.

The firm’s success has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Weatherhead 100 Fastest Growing Companies and Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service. Through its affiliation with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, Mark Dorman has also been recognized as a top producer, consistently qualifying for the Blue Chip Club and the highly-exclusive Top of the Council.
Mark is an active board member of various community organizations. He is Past President of Leadership Medina County and the Medina County Red Cross. He also currently serves on the Board of the Medina Economic Development Corporation and Cathy’s House, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation and recovery facility. Mark is also a past recipient of the Corporate Citizen of the Year Award for Medina County.

Mark is a graduate of Cleveland State University. He resides in Medina with his wife, Tanya, and four children.
