Nancy Vice

Nancy Vice, Senior Benefits Consultant, joined Dorman Farrell in 2010. With over 20 years of experience working with mid-size and large companies, Nancy has strong expertise in employee benefits strategies, regulations, and underwriting methodologies. Prior to joining the firm, Nancy was the Director of Benefits for The Scott Fetzer Company, where she managed health and welfare, as well as multiple defined benefit and defined contribution plans, for the company's 5,000 employees. Prior to her position with Scott Fetzer, Nancy was a senior employee benefits consultant for a national employee benefits/accounting firm for nearly ten years.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Indiana University/Purdue University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management.
